The ideal candidate has 3 — 8 years of civil litigation (business disputes & employment defense) experience in California, excellent academic and professional credentials, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and an innate desire to work in a fast paced, demanding yet collegial environment. We want lawyers who love being lawyers, who are not conflict adverse, who want to be in court/trial, and who are constantly seeking to improve and expand their skill set. Military / JAG service a plus and will be considered in lieu of civil litigation experience.
